You have exactly 30 days from the date your e-scooter is delivered to your doorstep to request a return or a full Refund. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a Refund or structural exchange. This ensures you have a full month to verify your order after delivery.

2. Return Conditions & Eligibility

To qualify for a successful Refund or return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The electric scooter must be unused, unridden, and in the same brand-new condition that you received it.
  • It must be safely packed inside its original factory box/packaging, including all protective foams, chargers, tools, manuals, and keys.
  • To ensure a smooth processing of your request, we kindly ask that items are returned with all their original components. We are always here to support you, but please note that items showing accidental physical damage or missing original accessories cannot be approved for a Refund.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items Upon Delivery

If your e-scooter arrives with a manufacturing defect, electronic glitch, or structural damage caused during transit, please contact our support team immediately via our Contact Us page. In case of factory defects, we will provide a 100% Free Replacement or a full Refund, and we will cover all associated return shipping costs.

4. How to Initiate a Process

Please do not send your purchase back to the shipping carrier address listed on the box. Follow these simple steps instead:

  2. Briefly explain the reason for the return (attach clear photos or a short video if the scooter has an electronic or structural defect).
  3. Our logistics team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with the exact return warehouse address instructions.
